All orders ship using UPS shipping.

Orders $50 and over (excluding taxes)

FREE ground shipping within the contiguous United States. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, a flat fee of $10 for ground shipping will apply.

Orders less than $50

For orders within the contiguous United States, a ground shipping rate of $8.95 will apply. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, a ground shipping rate of $18.95 will apply.

What shipping methods are available?

We offer complimentary UPS ground shipping on all orders $50+. Orders below $50 will be charged $8.95 for UPS Ground Shipping. 2-day shipping is $17.95

When to Expect Your Order

The processing time does not include shipping time. To view your estimated order delivery timeline by state, please refer to the estimated shipping map below. We thank you in advance for your patience as our teams work hard to prepare your order for shipment!

LANEIGE USA cannot ship to US territories, PMB, APO, FPO or PO Boxes.

Please note, once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the custody of UPS. If you have any issues with tracking, delivery, or delays please contact UPS customer service.
